  1. \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Working towards a fully decarbonised, decentralised and digitalised energy system is possible, and such a virtuous circle is achievable;<\/li>
  2. Reduce the carbon intensity of international maritime transport by at least 40 % by 2030 and strive to improve it to 70 % by 2050 (compared with 2008);<\/li>
  3.
